If you are in the central area of San Miguel de Tucumán, head towards Avenida Sarmiento. Walk north until you reach the intersection with Avenida Roca. Turn left onto Avenida Roca and continue walking until you reach a roundabout. From the roundabout, take the first exit onto Miguel Lillo Street. Continue straight for about 500 meters, and the Miguel Lillo Museum of Natural Sciences will be on your right at Miguel Lillo 251. Look for the large building with the sign for the museum.

Get off at the stop called 'Miguel Lillo' which is the closest stop to the museum. From the bus stop, walk a short distance down Miguel Lillo Street, and you will find the museum at number 251.
