Walking
If you are starting from the Plaza de la Independencia, head southwest on Avenida Sarmiento towards Calle 24 de Septiembre. Continue straight until you reach Avenida Roca. Turn left and walk down Avenida Roca for about 8 blocks until you reach Avenida Saenz Peña. Turn right on Avenida Saenz Peña and walk for 3 blocks until you reach Calle Santa Fe. Turn left onto Calle Santa Fe, and Plaza Urquiza will be on your right at Santa Fe 480.
