This is a central landmark. From Plaza Independencia, take Calle Rivadavia east for about 5 minutes until you reach Avenida San Martin. Cross Avenida San Martin and continue on Calle San Juan for another 5 minutes. Finally, turn left onto Rafael Marques de Sobremonte, and after a short walk, you will find Plaza Francia on your right.
