If you're driving to Grey Lake from Puerto Natales, take Route 9 heading towards Torres del Paine National Park. The journey is approximately 80 kilometers (about 1.5 hours). Once you reach the park entrance, be prepared to pay an entrance fee, which is around 21,000 CLP (Chilean Pesos) for foreign adults. After entering the park, follow the signs to Grey Lake, which is located within the park boundaries. The last stretch to Grey Lake involves a dirt road, so a vehicle with good clearance is recommended.

To reach Grey Lake using public transport, take a bus from Puerto Natales to Torres del Paine National Park. Buses leave regularly from the main bus terminal in Puerto Natales and the trip takes about 2 hours. The fare is approximately 15,000 CLP. Once at the park entrance, you can either hike or book a shuttle service to get to Grey Lake. There are guided tours that may include transportation to Grey Lake from the park entrance, so check local tour operators for availability and prices.
