If you are near the Ushuaia waterfront, you can walk to Monumento Antiguos Pobladores. Head north along the coast on Avenida Costanera until you reach the junction with Avenida Maipú. Continue along Avenida Maipú for about 3.5 kilometers; the monument will be on your left. This walk will take about 45 minutes to an hour.

To reach Monumento Antiguos Pobladores using public transport, take bus number 5 from the Ushuaia city center. The bus will take you along Avenida Maipú and onto Ruta Nacional 3. Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to the monument. The bus ride lasts approximately 15-20 minutes. From the bus stop, it is a short walk to the monument, which will be signposted. The bus fare is AR$6.80, and the system to pay is the SUBE card. You have to buy a SUBE card and charge it at stores with “Puntos Sube”.
