If you're traveling by car from Tigre, start by heading south on Avenida Cazón towards Ruta Nacional 9. Merge onto Ruta Nacional 9 and continue for about 15 km. Take exit 25 towards Av. General Paz and continue on Av. General Paz for about 10 km. Merge onto Av. 9 de Julio, then turn right onto Florida St. You will find City Bus Buenos Aires GrayLine at Florida 1000 in Retiro, Buenos Aires. Parking may be found nearby but it could incur additional costs.

Train
To reach City Bus Buenos Aires GrayLine via train, head to Tigre train station. Take the Mitre Line train towards Retiro. The journey takes about 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Retiro station, exit the station and walk about 10 minutes to Florida 1000. Follow Av. del Libertador and then turn onto Florida St. The total cost for the train ticket is approximately 25 ARS.

If you prefer to use the bus, you can catch the line 60 or 21 from Tigre to Retiro. The journey takes about an hour and the fare is around 30 ARS. Get off at Av. 9 de Julio and Florida St. intersection, then walk a short distance to Florida 1000 where City Bus Buenos Aires GrayLine is located.
