If you're driving from central Tigre, head south on Avenida Liniers towards the Tigre River. Continue until you reach Route 9 (Panamericana). Merge onto Route 9 and follow the signs toward Buenos Aires. After about 30 minutes, take the exit for Avenida General Paz, then merge onto Avenida Del Libertador. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida 9 de Julio. Turn right onto Avenida 9 de Julio, and then take another right onto Calle San Martin. Plaza San Martin will be on your right at the address C1059 Buenos Aires. Note that parking may incur fees, which vary by location.

Public Transportation (Train)
From Tigre station, take the Mitre Line train heading to Retiro. The journey takes approximately 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Retiro station, exit the station and walk towards Avenida 9 de Julio. Head south on Avenida 9 de Julio for about 10 minutes until you reach Calle San Martin. Turn right onto Calle San Martin, and you will find Plaza San Martin Caba on your right. Train tickets cost around ARS 30.

You can take bus line 720 from Tigre to Buenos Aires. Board the bus at the Tigre bus terminal. The ride will take approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Get off at the stop near Avenida 9 de Julio and Calle San Martin. From there, walk a short distance to the plaza, which will be on your right. Bus fare is approximately ARS 25.
