If you're driving, start from the center of Tigre and head south on Avenida Liniers. Continue on this road for about 3 kilometers until you reach the junction with Ruta Provincial 27. Take the exit onto Ruta 27 and head southeast. After approximately 10 kilometers, merge onto Avenida del Libertador. Follow the signs for Buenos Aires. After entering the city, take Avenida 9 de Julio south and then turn right onto Balcarce Street. Manzana Franciscana will be on your left at Balcarce 275. Be mindful of parking as it may be limited in this area.

Public Transportation (Train)
To reach Manzana Franciscana via public transport, you can take the Tigre train station (Estación Tigre) and board the Mitre Line train towards Retiro. The journey will take approximately 50 minutes. Disembark at the Retiro station and exit the station to find yourself on Avenida del Libertador. From there, you can either walk or take a taxi to Balcarce 275. If walking, head south along Avenida del Libertador, then turn right onto Balcarce Street. The location will be on your left. This option will cost around ARS 50 for the train ticket.
