Car
If you are driving from the center of Tigre, head south on Avenida Liniers toward Calle Sarmiento. Continue onto Avenida Libertador General San Martín. Merge onto Ruta 9 and follow the signs for Buenos Aires. After approximately 30 km, take exit 6B toward Av. 9 de Julio. Continue straight onto Avenida 9 de Julio, then turn left onto Avenida Córdoba. The Mercado de San Nicolás will be on your right at Av. Córdoba 1750. Keep in mind that parking in the area may incur additional costs, typically around ARS 50-100 per hour.

Public Transportation - Train
To reach Mercado de San Nicolás via public transportation, take the Tigre train line from Tigre Station to Retiro Station. The journey takes about 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Retiro, exit the station and walk to the Plaza de la República, then catch the Metro Line C (blue line) towards Constitucion. Get off at the next stop, which is 'Lima.' From there, it's a 10-minute walk to Mercado de San Nicolás. The train ticket will cost approximately ARS 20-30.

Public Transportation - Bus
You can also take the bus from Tigre to Buenos Aires. Look for the bus line 60 or 152 that goes to the city. The bus ride to Buenos Aires takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Once you arrive, you can either walk or take the Metro Line C from the nearest station to Mercado de San Nicolás. The bus fare is around ARS 20-30.
