Car
If you are driving, head towards the center of Tigre. Look for the signs directing you toward Avenida Liniers and then Avenida Mitre. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Avenida Sarmiento. Turn left onto Avenida Sarmiento and follow it for approximately 10 minutes. After crossing the Tigre River, you will arrive at the intersection with Solís Street. Turn right onto Solís Street, and you will find Monumento a los Dos Congresos located at Solís 100. Please note that parking may be limited in the area.

Public Transportation - Train
Take the Mitre Line from Tigre Station, heading toward Retiro. After approximately 30 minutes, disembark at Retiro Station. From there, transfer to the Subte Line C (Blue line) at the Retiro Subway Station, heading toward the 'Catedral' station. After about 5 stops, get off at the 'Lima' station. From Lima station, it is a 10-minute walk to Monumento a los Dos Congresos. Exit the station and walk towards Avenida de Mayo, then turn left on Solís Street to reach the monument.

From the Tigre city center, you can take Bus 60, which travels directly to Buenos Aires. Get off at the Plaza de Mayo stop. From there, it's a short walk to Solís Street. Head toward the Plaza and walk down Avenida de Mayo; then turn right onto Solís Street. The journey may take around 1 hour, and the bus fare is approximately ARS 50.
