Merge onto Ruta 202 and follow the signs for Buenos Aires. Continue on this route for approximately 30 kilometers. Take the exit toward Av. 9 de Julio, and then merge onto Av. Rivadavia. Plaza del Congreso will be on your right at the intersection of Av. Rivadavia and Av. Entre Ríos. Note that parking may be limited in the area, so look for designated parking zones or garages nearby. Expect parking fees to vary based on duration.

  • Public Transportation - Train

    To reach Plaza del Congreso via public transport, start by taking the Mitre Line train from Tigre station to Retiro station. Trains run frequently, and the journey takes about 50 minutes. Once at Retiro, transfer to Line C of the Subte (subway) towards Constitución. Get off at the 'Lima' station and exit towards Av. Rivadavia. Walk two blocks west on Av. Rivadavia, and you will arrive at Plaza del Congreso. The total cost for the train is approximately ARS 30, and the subway fare is about ARS 20.

    From Tigre, you can also take the bus. Look for the bus line 60, which will take you directly to the city. Board the bus at one of the stops along Av. Cazón or Av. Liniers. The ride will take about 1.5 hours, depending on traffic. Disembark at Av. Rivadavia and Av. Entre Ríos. Plaza del Congreso will be right in front of you. The bus fare is around ARS 25. Make sure to have small change or a SUBE card for the fare.
