    If you're driving in Tigre, head towards the Tigre River. Take Avenida Liniers heading south, then merge onto Ruta Nacional 9 (also known as Av. Libertador General San Martín) and follow the signs for Buenos Aires. Continue on this road for about 30 km until you reach Av. 9 de Julio in Buenos Aires.
