If you're driving from central Tigre, head south on Avenida Liniers towards Ruta 197. Merge onto Ruta 197 and continue south. Follow signs for Tigre and then take the exit toward Av. de los Incas. Continue on Av. de los Incas until you reach the junction with Avenida Libertador. Turn left onto Avenida Libertador, then merge onto the Pan-American Highway (Acceso Norte). Continue until you reach the Retiro area in Buenos Aires. Follow signs for the city center and take the first exit towards Avenida 9 de Julio. Continue onto Avenida Corrientes, then turn right onto Avenida Independencia. Finally, turn left onto Bolívar Street, and you will find Espacio Cultural Bolívar at Bolívar 1019, Buenos Aires. Note: Parking may be available nearby but could incur costs.

Public Transportation
From Tigre, take the train from Tigre Station to Retiro Station. The journey takes approximately 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Retiro Station, exit and head towards the subway entrance. Take Line C (blue line) towards Constitución and get off at the San Juan station. From there, it’s about a 10-minute walk to Espacio Cultural Bolívar. Exit the station and walk south on San Juan Street, then turn right onto Bolívar Street. The cultural center is located at Bolívar 1019. Make sure to have a Sube card for the train and subway, which can be purchased at the station, and note that the total cost for the train and subway will be around ARS 70.
