Car
From Tigre, get onto Av. Liniers and head southwest. Continue on Av. Liniers until you reach the junction with Ruta Nacional 9 (RN9). Take the exit onto RN9 heading towards Buenos Aires. Follow RN9 for approximately 30 km. As you approach Buenos Aires, merge onto Av. 9 de Julio. Continue straight until you reach Av. Belgrano. Turn left onto Av. Belgrano and then take a right onto Perú 210 where Túneles - Manzana de las luces is located. There may be parking available around the area, but be prepared to pay for parking fees as they vary by location.

Public Transportation (Train)
Start at Tigre Train Station and take the Mitre Line train towards Retiro. The journey takes about 50 minutes. Disembark at Retiro Station in Buenos Aires. From Retiro, exit the station and walk to Av. 9 de Julio. Take bus number 67 or 100 towards the south. Get off at the stop on Av. Belgrano. Walk to Perú 210, where Túneles - Manzana de las luces is located. The total cost for the train and bus is approximately ARS 100.

Public Transportation (Bus)
From Tigre, head to the Tigre bus terminal and take bus number 60 towards Buenos Aires. The bus ride will take around 1 hour and 15 minutes. Once you arrive at the terminal in Buenos Aires, transfer to bus number 67 or 100 and get off at the stop on Av. Belgrano. Walk to Perú 210 where Túneles - Manzana de las luces is situated. The entire bus journey will cost around ARS 80.
