If you are driving, navigate to Y4624 Tilcara, Jujuy Province. From the main square in Tilcara, head north on Avenida 9 de Julio. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Calle Ladrilleros. Turn left onto Calle Ladrilleros, and the Ernesto Soto Avendaño Museum will be on your right after approximately 200 meters. Parking is available nearby, but be mindful of local parking regulations.

To reach the Ernesto Soto Avendaño Museum using public transportation, head to the central bus station in Tilcara. Look for local minibuses (also called 'remises') that operate within the town. Inform the driver you want to go to the Museo Ernesto Soto Avendaño; the fare is typically around ARS 50. The bus will drop you off near the museum. From there, it's a short walk of about 5 minutes to the entrance of the museum.

If you're already in the center of Tilcara and prefer to walk, start at the Plaza de Tilcara. Head northwest on Avenida 9 de Julio for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Calle Ladrilleros. Turn left on Calle Ladrilleros, and continue for another 200 meters. The Ernesto Soto Avendaño Museum will be on your right. The walk should take around 10-15 minutes, and it's a pleasant route with local shops along the way.
