Turn left onto Calle 21 de Mayo, and continue walking until you reach the waterfront. Follow the waterfront path, known as Costanera, towards the south. After approximately 1.5 km, look for a sign pointing to La Mano. Follow the path leading towards the sculpture, which is located on the beach near the water. Walking the Costanera is free.
