From Antelope Canyon, start by heading back to AZ-98 E. Continue on AZ-98 E for approximately 8 miles until you reach the junction with US-89. Take a left onto US-89 N and drive for about 15 miles. Look for the signs for Alstrom Point, which will lead you to a turnoff onto Alstrom Pt Trl. The road will be unpaved and may require a high clearance vehicle. Drive carefully for about 5 miles, following the signs to Alstrom Point. Make sure to have a map or GPS device handy, as the area can be quite remote.
