From downtown Mesa, head to the nearest bus stop and take Valley Metro Route 30 towards Phoenix. Stay on the bus for about 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Get off at the stop near 44th St and Thomas Rd. From there, transfer to Route 1, heading towards 7th Ave. Ride for about 15 minutes and get off at the stop at 24th St and Camelback Rd. Walk east on Camelback Rd for about 10 minutes until you reach 6511 E Sierra Vista Dr, where Quartz Ridge Trailhead is located.

If you prefer to bike, rent a bicycle from a local shop in Mesa. Start your journey by heading north on Mesa Dr until you reach Main St. Take a left on Main St and continue west until you reach the intersection with 24th St. Turn right on 24th St and head north. Continue until you reach Camelback Rd. Turn left on Camelback Rd, and after a short distance, you will arrive at 6511 E Sierra Vista Dr. The Quartz Ridge Trailhead is on your left.

If you are close enough to walk, find your way to 24th St. Once you are on 24th St, head north until you reach Camelback Rd. Turn right on Camelback Rd and walk east for about 1 mile. You will pass various shops and cafes along the way. Keep an eye out for Sierra Vista Dr, and turn left when you reach it. Continue walking until you see Quartz Ridge Trailhead at 6511 E Sierra Vista Dr on your right.
