Driving
From Boulder City, NV, take US-93 S towards Hoover Dam. Cross the Mike O'Callaghan–Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge. Approximately 3.2 miles past the bridge, turn left across the highway onto an unnamed road. Follow this road to the White Rock Canyon Trailhead parking lot. Parking is free. From the parking lot, the trail to Liberty Bell Arch begins.

Liberty Bell Arch is located within Lake Mead National Recreation Area. There is a cashless entrance fee to enter the park, which can be purchased online or at a fee booth. A 7-day pass costs $25 per vehicle, $20 per motorcycle, or $15 per person. An annual Lake Mead pass is $45. America the Beautiful passes are also accepted.
