From any location in Red Rock Country, head south on AZ-89A towards Cottonwood. When you reach the intersection with I-17, take I-17 South. Continue on I-17 for about 50 miles until you reach Exit 161 for AZ-238 towards Maricopa. Take AZ-238 West for approximately 20 miles. Merge onto AZ-347 South and continue for about 15 miles. Follow the signs for Sonoran Desert National Monument. The entrance is located just off AZ-347 near Maricopa, AZ 85239.
