From Scottsdale, head to the nearest Valley Metro bus stop. You can catch the Route 72 bus heading toward Phoenix. Stay on the bus for about 25-30 minutes until you reach the stop at the intersection of 44th St and Camelback Rd. After getting off the bus, transfer to the Route 50 bus heading toward the Desert Botanical Garden. This bus will take you directly to the Desert Botanical Garden stop. The garden entrance is a short walk from the bus stop.

The driver will drop you off right at the entrance of the garden.

If you enjoy cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local bike rental shops in Scottsdale. Start your journey by heading south on Scottsdale Rd. Continue until you reach the intersection with Camelback Rd. Turn left onto Camelback Rd and continue for about 3 miles. At the intersection with Galvin Pkwy, turn right, and you will find the Desert Botanical Garden on your left. There are bike racks available at the entrance for parking your bike.

If you are nearby, you can walk to the Desert Botanical Garden. From downtown Scottsdale, head southeast on N Scottsdale Rd towards E Camelback Rd. Turn left on E Camelback Rd and continue walking for approximately 2.5 miles. When you reach Galvin Pkwy, turn right, and you will find the Desert Botanical Garden entrance on your left. Make sure to stay hydrated and wear comfortable shoes for the walk!
