From the Scottsdale Waterfront, walk to the nearest bus stop located at N Scottsdale Rd and E Camelback Rd. Board the Valley Metro bus Route 72 heading north. After about 5 stops (approximately 10-15 minutes), get off at the stop for E 5th Ave/N Scottsdale Rd. From there, walk east on E 5th Ave for about 5 minutes, then turn left on N Scottsdale Rd. The Soleri Bridge will be on your right.
