From the center of Sedona, head to the nearest bus stop on Highway 89A. Take the Verde Lynx bus towards Cottonwood. Ask the driver to let you know when you reach the stop for Rimrock or Montezuma Well. Once you get off, walk down Forest Service Road 618 for approximately 1 mile; Montezuma Well will be on your right.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Sedona, such as Sedona Bike & Bean. From there, take State Route 89A south towards Rimrock. Follow the bike lane until you reach Forest Service Road 618. Turn right onto Forest Service Road 618 and continue cycling for about 1 mile until you reach Montezuma Well.

If you're up for a long walk, from the main plaza in Sedona, head south on State Route 89A until you reach the intersection with Forest Service Road 618. Turn right on Forest Service Road 618 and walk for about 1 mile. Montezuma Well will be on your right side. Please ensure to wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated.
