Getting There

Walking
From the Sedona Main Street area, head south on Main Street towards the intersection with 89A. Turn left onto 89A and continue to follow it for about 1.5 miles. After crossing the bridge over the creek, look for a small parking area and trailhead on your right. From there, begin your hike towards Snoopy Rock, located about a half-mile up the trail. Follow the marked trail signs to reach the rock formation. There are no fees for walking to the trailhead.

Public Transport
Take the Verde Lynx bus from the nearest stop to the Sedona area. Ask the driver to let you off at the closest stop to the Sedona Red Rock Visitor Center. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk to the Snoopy Rock trailhead. Follow the signs towards the hiking trails, and you will see the trailhead marked for Snoopy Rock after a short walk. A one-way fare on the Verde Lynx is typically around $2.

Driving
From the intersection of Hwy 89A and Hwy 179, take Hwy 179 south for.7 miles and turn left on Sombart Lane. The trailhead parking will be on the left. Parking at the Sombart Lane Trailhead requires a Red Rock Pass. Day passes are $5, week passes are $15, and year passes are $20. Passes are available at the Red Rock Ranger District, in town, and at some trailheads from self-serve machines.
