The Razorback earned two battle stars for its service in World War II and four battle stars for its service in the Vietnam War. After its U.S. Navy service, it was transferred to the Turkish Navy, where it served as the TCG Muratreis (S-336) until its decommissioning in 2001. It was then acquired by the city of North Little Rock and opened as a museum ship in 2005.
