    Mount Magazine State Park is accessible via Arkansas Highway 309, also known as the Mount Magazine Scenic Byway. From the north, take Highway 22 to Paris, then head south on Highway 309. From the south, take Highway 10 to Havana, then go north on Highway 309. As you approach the park, follow the signs to the visitor center, lodge, or campground. Be aware that AR-309 has steep inclines and switchbacks. Parking is available at the visitor center, lodge, trailheads, and overlooks. Parking is free. There is no fee to enter Mount Magazine State Park.
