Getting There

Car
From anywhere in Ozark National Forest, head towards Arkansas Highway 7. If you are near Jasper, take Highway 7 south. If you are near the Ozark town area, head south on Highway 23 until you reach Highway 7. Continue south on Highway 7 for approximately 18 miles until you reach the turnoff for Witts Springs. Turn left onto Witts Springs Road (also known as County Road 26) and follow it for about 2 miles until you see the signs for Pedestal Rocks Scenic Area. Make sure to park in the designated parking area. Note that there are no fees for parking here.

Public Transportation
Public transportation options are limited in the Ozark National Forest. The nearest major bus station is in Little Rock, Arkansas. From Little Rock, you could take a Greyhound bus to Harrison, Arkansas. From Harrison, you would need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to reach Witts Springs, as public transportation from Harrison is not readily available. Once in Witts Springs, follow Witts Springs Road for about 2 miles to reach Pedestal Rocks Scenic Area. Be sure to check for any taxi services in the area ahead of time.
