Driving

Hobbs State Park-Conservation Area is located off Arkansas Highway 12. From Rogers, Arkansas, drive east on AR-12 for approximately 10 miles. The visitor center will be on your right. Parking is free. Be aware that parking can be limited during peak seasons and weekends.
Biking

For cyclists, Hobbs State Park is accessible via AR-12. From Rogers, take the highway east. There are bike lanes available on some sections, but exercise caution due to traffic. Once at the park, there are numerous trails suitable for mountain biking. Parking is available at the visitor center.
