Named in honor of Chief Saracen, a prominent figure in early Arkansas history and leader of the Quapaw tribe, the landing offers a variety of attractions and activities for visitors of all ages.The centerpiece of Saracen Landing is a large pavilion that hosts the Pine Bluff Saracen Landing Farmers Market, as well as various events such as concerts, car shows, weddings, and reunions. The landing also features an all-inclusive playground designed to allow children of all abilities to play together safely, with sensory experiences, a splash pad operational from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekends, and accessible restrooms.The Saracen Walking Trail follows the shoreline of Lake Saracen, providing benches for visitors to rest and enjoy the views. Lake Saracen itself is a 500-acre lake perfect for fishing tournaments. The lake is home to largemouth bass, white crappie, bream, and catfish. Saracen Landing is adjacent to the Governor Mike Huckabee Delta Rivers Nature Center and the Pine Bluff Jefferson County Regional Park.
