If you have a car, start from the center of Armavir. Head northwest on Abovyan Street towards the M1 highway. Merge onto M1 and continue for about 25 kilometers. Take the exit towards Dashtadem and follow the signs to the fortress. The fortress is located at the coordinates 40.3383493, 43.8571264, just outside the village of Dashtadem. There is no entrance fee to visit the fortress.

Public Transportation
To reach Dashtadem Fortress using public transportation, take a minibus (marshrutka) from the Armavir bus station heading towards Gyumri. Inform the driver to drop you off at the Dashtadem stop, which is about 8 kilometers from the fortress. The fare is approximately 300 AMD. From the stop, you can either walk to the fortress, which is about a 20-minute walk, or ask for a taxi, which should cost around 1000-1500 AMD.
