Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving from the Armenian Genocide Memorial Complex, exit the complex and head southeast on Tsitsernakaberd Highway. Continue straight for about 1.5 km until you reach the intersection with Koryun Street. Turn right onto Koryun Street, and after approximately 1 km, you'll enter Republic Square. There is usually parking available near the square, but be mindful of parking regulations.

• Public Transportation (Bus)

  From the Armenian Genocide Memorial Complex, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Tsitsernakaberd Highway. Board bus number 28 or 33, which will take you directly towards Republic Square. The journey will take about 15-20 minutes. Make sure to have a small amount of Armenian dram (AMD) ready for the fare, which is approximately 100 AMD per ride. Get off at the Republic Square stop.

• Taxi

  For a more direct route, consider using a taxi. You can hail a taxi directly from the Armenian Genocide Memorial Complex. The ride to Republic Square will take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Expect to pay between 1,000 to 1,500 AMD for the ride. Ensure you confirm the fare before starting your trip.

• Walking

  If you're feeling adventurous and wish to explore on foot, you can walk from the Armenian Genocide Memorial Complex to Republic Square. The distance is approximately 2 km and will take about 25-30 minutes. Exit the complex and head southeast on Tsitsernakaberd Highway, then continue straight until you reach Koryun Street. Turn right onto Koryun Street and follow the signs to Republic Square. This route offers a chance to enjoy the city scenery.
