If you are in the center of Dilijan, start at the main square near the bus station. From the square, head east on Tigran Mets Street. Walk straight for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Myasnikyan Street. Turn left onto Myasnikyan Street. Continue walking for approximately 500 meters, and you will see the Old Soviet Building on your right, located at the address PVRC+37V.

From the main square near the bus station in Dilijan, take any local bus heading towards the outskirts of the town. Ask the driver to drop you off near Myasnikyan Street. Once you get off, walk back about 100 meters to Myasnikyan Street and turn left. Walk approximately 500 meters, and the Old Soviet Building will be on your right, at PVRC+37V.
