Getting There

  • Car

    From Andicuri Beach, head northwest on the main road (Route 1) towards Oranjestad. Continue on this road for about 10 minutes, approximately 7 kilometers. You'll pass the small town of San Nicolas. Look for signs indicating the direction to Casibari Rock Formations. When you reach the intersection with Route 3, turn right. After about 2 kilometers, turn left onto Casibari Road. Follow this road for another 5 minutes until you see the sign for Casibari Rock Formations on your right. There is a small parking area available.

    From Andicuri Beach, you will need to take a bus toward Oranjestad. Board the bus at the nearest bus stop and inform the driver that you are going to Casibari. The bus will take you along Route 1. You will need to get off at the stop near the intersection with Route 3. From there, you can either walk (about 2 kilometers) or catch a taxi to reach Casibari Rock Formations. The walk will take you approximately 25 minutes. Taxis are readily available at the bus stop, and should cost around $10-$15.
