From Andicuri Beach, head northwest on the main road (Route 1) towards Oranjestad. Continue on this road for about 10 minutes, approximately 7 kilometers. You'll pass the small town of San Nicolas. Look for signs indicating the direction to Casibari Rock Formations. When you reach the intersection with Route 3, turn right. After about 2 kilometers, turn left onto Casibari Road. Follow this road for another 5 minutes until you see the sign for Casibari Rock Formations on your right. There is a small parking area available.
