As you drive further north, the landscape will become more rugged and less developed. Look for signs indicating the turn-off to Aruba Shack Beach, which will be an unnamed road. Turn onto this road and follow it to the beach. Note that the roads in this area are mostly unpaved, so a 4x4 vehicle is recommended, especially after rain. Parking is free and available near the beach.
