Taxis are readily available in Noord. Inform the driver you wish to go to Philip's Animal Garden at Alto Vista 116. The ride typically takes 10-15 minutes from most locations in Noord. Public Transport

Take the Arubus from Oranjestad to Noord. Buses run every 15 minutes from 5:45 AM to 6:00 PM, then every 40 minutes until 11:30 PM. Ask the driver to stop near Alto Vista 116. From the bus stop, it is a short walk to Philip's Animal Garden. A single bus fare is US$3.
