You will even have the opportunity to hand-feed the not-so-shy creatures. The guide-tour concludes with a visit to the incubator, hatchery, and the special pens for young ostriches and emus.The Aruba Ostrich Farm offers visitors a unique and immersive tour experience, inviting them to learn about the fascinating lives of these remarkable birds. During the tour, guests are introduced to adult emus and ostriches, where they can observe the birds' impressive speed, defense mechanisms, mating behaviors, and feeding habits. The tour also includes visits to the incubator, hatchery, and pens for young ostriches and emus, providing a comprehensive understanding of the farm's operations.Before or after the tour, guests are welcome to browse the Art Shop, a collection of local art and craft.     Taxi

    Taxis are readily available throughout Aruba and offer a direct route to the Ostrich Farm. From the Paradera area, a taxi ride to the farm will cost approximately $10. The journey should take around 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Taxi fares are fixed and should be checked in advance.

    Public Transport

    Arubus, the local bus service, provides an inexpensive way to reach the Ostrich Farm. From Oranjestad, take a bus towards San Nicolas and ask the driver to let you off near the Ostrich Farm. From the bus stop, there will be a short walk to the entrance. A one-way bus fare is approximately $3. Be aware that bus schedules can be infrequent, so plan accordingly.

    Driving

    If you have a rental car, the Ostrich Farm is located along the road leading to the Natural Bridge, just before Bushiribana. From Oranjestad, follow Route 4 north towards Paradera, then continue towards the north coast. The farm is well signposted. Parking is available on-site and is free of charge.
