Getting There

Walking
From the center of Paradera, head south on the main road (Caya di Solo) toward Oranjestad. Walk for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction with Caya Damasco. Turn left onto Caya Damasco and continue walking for another 1 kilometer. You will pass by local shops and residential areas. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Caya Fuego. At the intersection, turn right onto Caya Fuego and walk for about 500 meters. You will begin to see signs directing you towards Spanish Lagoon. Follow the path leading to the lagoon, which will guide you through a short trail surrounded by nature. After approximately 200 meters, you will arrive at Spanish Lagoon.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from a local shop in Paradera. Start by heading south on Caya di Solo towards Oranjestad. After about 1.5 kilometers, turn left onto Caya Damasco. Continue for 1 kilometer and then turn right onto Caya Fuego at the intersection. Ride for about 500 meters until you see signs for Spanish Lagoon. Follow the designated paths that will lead you through a trail to the lagoon. The entire trip should take around 15-20 minutes, depending on your biking speed.

From Paradera, walk to the nearest bus stop on Caya di Solo. You can catch a bus heading to Oranjestad. After boarding, inform the driver that you want to get off at the stop near Caya Damasco. The bus ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Once you get off, walk back to the intersection and turn left onto Caya Damasco. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer, then turn right onto Caya Fuego. After about 500 meters, follow the signs leading to Spanish Lagoon. The walk from the bus stop to the lagoon will take around 10 minutes.
