From the Holiday Inn, walk through the lobby towards the beach. Turn left on the footpath, and you will see the Octopus Aruba beach hut on your right. This is the departure point for the tours. No cost involved.

Take the Arubus to the Palm Beach area. Disembark at the bus stop closest to J.E. Irausquin Blvd 87. From there, walk towards the Holiday Inn and follow the footpath to the beach. The Octopus Aruba office is a short walk from the bus stop, approximately 5 minutes. The bus fare is approximately $2.50.
