Stargazing at Oasis Farm: A Celestial Adventure in Aruba

Getting There

• Walking

  Start at the San Nicolas Bus Terminal, located at the intersection of Tanki Leendert and the main road. Head east along the main road, passing local shops and eateries. Continue straight until you reach the traffic lights at the junction of the main road and Savaneta Road. Turn left onto Savaneta Road and walk for about 1.5 kilometers. You'll pass by several local landmarks and homes as you proceed. After crossing the bridge over the water, keep an eye out for the sign indicating Pos Chiquito. Continue on Savaneta Road until you reach Pos Chiquito 68, where Oasis Farm is located.

• Public Transportation (Bus)

  From the San Nicolas Bus Terminal, take bus number 10 towards Oranjestad. Inform the driver that you need to get off at the Savaneta stop. After approximately 15 minutes, you will reach Savaneta. Once you disembark, walk south along Savaneta Road. It's a short 10-minute walk to Oasis Farm at Pos Chiquito 68. Look for the sign that marks the entrance.

• Bicycle Rental

  If you prefer a bike, you can rent one from a local shop in San Nicolas. Once you have your bicycle, start at the San Nicolas Bus Terminal and head east along the main road. After about 2 kilometers, you will reach the traffic lights at the junction with Savaneta Road. Turn left onto Savaneta Road and cycle straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers. Keep going until you see the sign for Pos Chiquito. Oasis Farm is at Pos Chiquito 68, just off the road.
