Walking
From the center of Santa Cruz, head east on Santa Cruz Boulevard (also labeled as the main road). Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Sabana Blanco road. Turn right onto Sabana Blanco road. After approximately 1 kilometer, you will see a sign for Arikok National Park. The entrance is about 500 meters from the intersection on your left.

If you have access to a bicycle, start at the Santa Cruz Plaza. Ride east along Santa Cruz Boulevard for about 1.5 kilometers. When you reach the junction with Sabana Blanco road, turn right. Continue biking for about 1 kilometer, and look for the entrance to Arikok National Park on your left, about 500 meters from the turn.

From Santa Cruz, locate the nearest bus stop on Santa Cruz Boulevard. You can take a local bus heading towards Oranjestad. Notify the driver you need to get off at the stop near Sabana Blanco road. Once you disembark, walk about 1 kilometer back towards the entrance of Arikok National Park, which will be on your left.
