Public Transport
From the main bus terminal in Oranjestad, take an Arubus route that services the Oranjestad-West area. Arubus is the main public transportation company in Aruba, with buses running frequently along the hotel strip. Bus service is available every 15 minutes from 5:45 AM until 6:00 PM, then every 40 minutes until 11:30 PM. Alight at a bus stop near Kartodromo Racetrack in Oranjestad-West. From there, it's a short walk to the track. A round-trip bus fare costs $2.00. Be sure to have exact change, as Arubuses typically do not provide change.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available throughout Aruba, including popular tourist areas and hotels. Hail a taxi or have your hotel call one for you. Ask the driver to take you to Kartodromo Racetrack in Oranjestad-West. Since taxi fares are fixed and not metered, confirm the fare with the driver before starting your journey. A taxi ride from the hotel area to Kartodromo Racetrack will likely cost between $17 and $31. There may be a surcharge of $3.00 on Sundays, official holidays, or between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Walking
If you are in Paradera, walk northwest toward the main road, L.G. Smith Boulevard. Walk along the sidewalk until you reach the roundabout at the intersection with the road leading to Oranjestad. Take the exit toward Oranjestad. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers. After you pass the intersection with the main road leading to Palm Beach, keep walking straight. The Kartodromo Racetrack is located on your left side, just after the large parking area.
