Walking
From the center of Savaneta, head east on Weg naar San Nicolaas (the main street). Continue for approximately 1.5 kilometers until the intersection with Weg naar Oranjestad. Turn left onto Weg naar Oranjestad and continue for about 2 kilometers, passing local shops and houses. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto L.G. Smith Boulevard. After another 1.5 kilometers, the entrance to Spanish Lagoon will be on your right. Look for signs indicating 'Spanish Lagoon'.
Public Transport
From Oranjestad, take the Arubus (public bus) towards San Nicolaas. Get off near the Pos Chiquito area. From there, you can walk or take a short taxi ride to the Spanish Lagoon entrance. A roundtrip bus ticket costs $5 USD.
Taxi/Ride-Share
Taxis are readily available in Aruba, especially in tourist areas. A taxi from Oranjestad to Spanish Lagoon will cost approximately $20-$25 USD. Ensure the driver uses the meter or agree on a fare beforehand.
Driving
From Oranjestad, take Route 1B (L.G. Smith Boulevard) southeast. Continue past the airport, and follow the signs for San Nicolaas. Spanish Lagoon will be on your right, approximately 10 kilometers from Oranjestad. Free parking is available near the lagoon.
