Friendly and fun foodie experience
We really enjoyed our Adelaide Food Odyssey walking tour with Radelaide Tours. From the outset, organisation and communication were excellent, and everything ran smoothly on the day. I also appreciated that this is a genuinely local business which added a personal touch to the whole experience. Our group of five family members ranged in age from 23 to 81, and the tour catered comfortably to all of us. Although it is a walking tour, the amount of walking was very manageable (our 81 year-old mother had no difficulty at all). The pace was relaxed, never strenuous, and made smart use of the free tram for the longer section of the route — keeping things easy for everyone while also giving us familiarity with using Adelaide’s tram system (helpful for the remainder of our stay in Adelaide). Dax, our guide, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about Adelaide, its food culture, and the local tourism industry. We learnt a huge amount about the city — its history, culture, and plenty of interesting facts. He was happy to chat about a wide range of topics and made the experience feel personal, engaging, and fun. We visited a number of local gems that we simply wouldn’t have found on our own, with a focus on locally owned and operated businesses that have a long and strong history in Adelaide. The food selection was excellent, with a mix of savoury options, sweet treats, and snacks to take away with us. A couple of standouts for us were the Dumplings and the Portuguese Tarts. It was also a nice touch to finish the tour at a coffee shop near the Central markets where we could linger or go back to explore the Central Markets further. Overall, this was a wonderful tour that showcased Adelaide’s food scene in a friendly, fun and relaxed way. It exceeded expectations and I’d highly recommended it.

Adelaide City Highlights Self Guided Walking Tour
Relaxed coverage of major sites at own pace
Great coverage of the key spots to see at own pace. I was unable to download the app due to technical issues using overseas phone. I called to request a list of the spots to visit and went to those sites using Google Map without an App Guide. Having the list helped me plan the order, estimated time at each site, and guided the distance between sites. I was not able to go to all sites in one day so I omitted some and went on some on other days.

Adelaide Scenic E-Bike Tour and Wine Tasting
Great day in Adelaide
The bike tour thru the cities green spaces was fabulous. He also extended our ride thru an area in hopes of spotting wild koalas. His explanations of local points of interest was very good and informative. His meeting location was a great pre ride breakfast location, get there early for a great place for coffee and breakfast
