Begin your journey at Adelaide Central Bus Station, located at 85 Franklin Street, Adelaide. Board the bus service 840 or 851 towards McLaren Vale. This will take you through scenic suburbia. Stay on the bus for approximately 45 minutes until you reach the McLaren Vale township. Once you arrive, disembark at the stop nearest to the McLaren Vale Visitor Information Centre at 184 Main Road. From there, you can either walk or take a taxi to Coriole Vineyards, which is about a 5-minute drive away. The vineyards are located at Chaffeys Rd, McLaren Vale SA 5171.

Start your journey at Adelaide Railway Station located at North Terrace, Adelaide. Board the train on the Seaford line towards Seaford. The journey will take about 35 minutes. Alight at the Seaford station. From there, catch bus 840 towards McLaren Vale. This bus will take around 15 minutes to reach the McLaren Vale township. Once you arrive, get off at the stop near the McLaren Vale Visitor Information Centre.
