If you are near the Adelaide Entertainment Centre, you can catch the tram from the Entertainment Centre tram stop. Take the tram towards the city and get off at the stop at Victoria Square. From there, transfer to the bus service. Board the J1 bus at the Currie Street bus stop and ride for approximately 15 minutes to Greenhill Road. Get off at the Greenhill Road stop and walk for about 5 minutes to Haigh's Chocolates + Factory Tours, which is at 154 Greenhill Road on your left.
