Bus
From the Adelaide city center, walk to the Adelaide Central Bus Station located at 85 Franklin Street. Take the J1 bus towards West Beach. The bus will take you directly to Henley Beach. Get off at the stop 'Henley Beach', which is close to the beach access points. From the bus stop, it's just a short 5-minute walk to the beach.
Train and Bus
Walk to the Adelaide Railway Station on North Terrace. Take the train towards Grange. After about 25 minutes, get off at the Grange Station. From there, walk to the bus stop on the corner of Jetty Street and Grange Road, and take bus 250 or 251 towards Henley Beach. Get off at the 'Henley Beach' stop, which is a short walk to the beach.
Tram and Bus
Take the tram from the city (stop located on King William Street near Rundle Mall) towards Glenelg. Get off at the last stop, Glenelg. From there, you can catch bus 360 towards West Beach and get off at 'Henley Beach'. This will take you directly to the beach area.
Walking
If you are located near Henley Beach, simply follow Henley Beach Road towards the coast. It is about a 10-15 minute walk from the Henley Beach Village area. You will see signs for the beach as you approach the coastline. The beach is easily accessible from any point along the road.
