After approximately 30 minutes of travel, get off at the 'Marion Shopping Centre' stop. From there, transfer to the 'McLaren Vale' bus (Route 840) that goes directly to McLaren Vale. Stay on this bus for about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at the 'McLaren Vale' stop, walk approximately 10 minutes south along Main Road, then take a left turn onto McMurtrie Road. Continue walking until you reach Primo Estate Winery at 50 McMurtrie Rd.
