In 1973, the City of Glenelg (now City of Holdfast Bay) purchased the property, saving it from demolition. Today, Partridge House serves as a versatile venue for weddings, life celebrations, corporate events, and community gatherings. Its spacious rooms feature chandeliers, leadlight windows, ornate ceilings, and opulent fireplaces, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The gardens are open daily from 7 am to dusk, offering a serene environment for families, couples, and solo travelers. The venue also features a commercial kitchen and a playground.
