From Adelaide city center, make your way to the Adelaide Central Bus Station located at 85 Franklin Street. Take the bus route 546 towards 'Lyndoch'. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Once you reach the Lyndoch stop, disembark and head north along Yaldara Drive. The Barossa Colonel Light Monument will be on your left at 119 Yaldara Drive, about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop.

Start at Adelaide Railway Station, located at North Terrace. Take the train on the Gawler line towards Gawler Central and get off at Gawler Railway Station. From there, transfer to the bus route 546 towards 'Lyndoch'. After about 15 minutes, get off at the Lyndoch stop. Walk north along Yaldara Drive for approximately 15 minutes. The Barossa Colonel Light Monument will be on your left at 119 Yaldara Drive.
