If you are travelling by car, head towards Seppeltsfield Road. From the center of Tanunda, drive southwest on Murray Street towards the Barossa Valley Way. Turn left onto Barossa Valley Way (B34) and continue for approximately 5 km. Then, turn right onto Seppeltsfield Road. Heritage Wines will be located on your left at 399 Seppeltsfield Rd, Marananga SA 5355. Look for the winery signage as you approach.
Public Transportation
To reach Heritage Wines using public transportation, start by taking the Barossa Valley Tourist Bus from Tanunda or Nuriootpa. Make sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time as services may vary. Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to Seppeltsfield Road. From there, it will be a short walk (approximately 1 km) to the winery. Follow Seppeltsfield Road west until you reach 399 Seppeltsfield Rd, Marananga SA 5355.
Bicycle
For the more adventurous, consider cycling to Heritage Wines. You can rent a bicycle from local shops in Tanunda or Nuriootpa. From the Tanunda town center, head southwest on Murray Street, then follow the same route as by car: turn left onto Barossa Valley Way (B34), then right onto Seppeltsfield Road. The total distance is about 5 km and the ride is relatively flat, making it accessible for cyclists of all levels. Remember to wear a helmet and bring water!
